Default assumptions
Applied to plans you create from now on — existing plans keep their own numbers, and every value stays editable inside each module.
Display preferences
Import a plan
Imports always create a new plan — your current plans are never overwritten. Accepts plan exports, full backups, or a raw calculator plan.
Share & image export
Forecast offers a share link and a PNG download — both privacy-first by construction.
- Share links encode your inputs in the URL itself. Anyone holding the link can read those numbers — share it as deliberately as the figures themselves.
- PNG export renders locally in your browser. The image never touches a server.
A fictional sample household, kept strictly separate from your plans and removable on its own.
Reset
Erasing removes every locally saved plan — including calculator plans — from this browser. Export a backup first if in doubt.
Accounts
Assets and liabilities alike — liability types (credit, loans, mortgage) subtract from net worth automatically. Manual balances only, as always.
