Capital Allocation is an educational planning tool. It is not financial advice, and it does not pretend to be. Every figure it produces is arithmetic on assumptions you entered yourself — projections are hypothetical, they assume steady returns, and real markets do not behave that way. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Decisions about your money are yours, and are worth discussing with a licensed professional who knows your situation.

Everything you type stays in your own browser, in localStorage. There is no account, no server, and no database. Nothing you enter is transmitted to us, because there is nowhere for it to go.

• Your plans, holdings, budget and settings live under keys beginning ca_ in this browser.
• Clearing your browser data deletes them permanently. There is no backup and no recovery.
• Sharing a plan encodes it into the link itself — anyone holding that link can read it.

The pages load a typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens. That is the only third-party request this site makes. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no tracking script.
